About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Supply Chain & Business Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines supply chain management, procurement, logistics, business operations, sales support, marketing, and administrative coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and driving operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Management to ensure smooth business processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics- Coordinate procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Manage domestic and international logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitor and coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in transportation and warehouse operations.
- Assist in demand planning and new product introductions.
- Source and coordinate suppliers for direct and indirect materials.
- Support supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance management.
- Prepare documentation for price reviews, contract renewals, and supplier assessments.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Design marketing materials using Canva, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media content.
- Support branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating engaging business presentations and promotional materials.
- Handle documentation, reporting, procurement records, and internal coordination.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and business partners.
- Support general office administration and operational activities.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by Management.
- Assist in invoice preparation and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain expense documentation and supporting records.
- Track cost savings from negotiations and process improvements.
- Support quality control documentation, including review of COA reports.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs requirements.
- Support the review and renewal of NDAs, service contracts, and SLAs.
- Maintain proper documentation and regulatory compliance standards.
Requirements
Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience coordinating logistics and working with 3PL providers.
- Basic knowledge of import/export regulations and customs compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- CIPS or other supply chain-related certification is an advantage.
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools for business and marketing materials.
