Leasing & Business Development Executive
Working Hours: Flexible (focus on results, not fixed hours)Salary: Basic $2,000 + Commission
Location: Robinson Road
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure locations (malls, retail spaces, etc.) for massage chair placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with mall/property managers.
- Negotiate rental terms and agreements with venue partners.
- Conduct site visits to assess suitability and foot traffic.
- Monitor market trends and suggest potential new locations.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth setup and service at each site.
- Prepare proposals and reports for management.
- Handle issues with landlords or venue operators when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development (experience with malls/retail is an advantage)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel to different locations in Singapore
