The client is a leading global semiconductor foundry (MNC) providing advanced wafer fabrication services. Join the team to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in a high-tech cleanroom environment.
Location: WoodlandsEmployment Type: Permanent Role
Working Hours: 12-hour shifts, monthly rotation
Job Responsibilities- Support wafer fabrication operations in semiconductor modules (Lithography, Diffusion, Implant, Etch, Thin Film)
- Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process execution within assigned module
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, and equipment qualification (EQ)
- Assist Engineers in equipment installation, hook-up, and commissioning
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment/process issues and support downtime reduction
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, quality, and productivity
- Participate in Quality Improvement Team (QIT) activities
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and proper equipment handling
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Science discipline
- At least 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment
- Experience in any semiconductor module (Lithography / Diffusion / Implant / Etch / Thin Film)
- Experience can be in either Equipment or Process role
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- AWS: 1 month
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly (based on company & individual performance)
- Annual Leave: Up to 15 days (based on years of service)
