• Support both internal and external communication efforts, including speech writing, designing banners, posters, notice boards, e-newsletters, LCD panels, brand messaging, and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms while monitoring engagement, tracking performance, and optimizing strategies.
• Develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content for social media, the company website, and other corporate materials.
• Update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content, collaborating with the Marketing Team to ensure SEO optimization and smooth functionality.
• Assist in designing visual assets for social media, the website, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the Publicity & Engagement Committee for timely content approvals and collaborate with various departments, suppliers, and external partners to execute communication plans and share Club updates effectively.
• Support major/ad-hoc events by managing sponsorship arrangements, VIP invitations, promotional materials, speech drafting, photography, and emceeing duties.

• Diploma holder and above
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the areas of communication, public relations or journalism
• Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Canva will have added advantageous
