Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

An established technology organisation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy modern software applications. This role involves full‑stack development, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable systems.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack applications using .NET and React
• Build and maintain reusable, scalable, and high‑performance software components
• Participate in system design, technical evaluations, and solution architecture discussions
• Ensure software quality through unit testing and adherence to coding, security, and UX/UI standards
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional and detailed design specifications
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant software development experience
• Strong experience in .NET / .NET Core and React
• Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

• Backend: .NET, .NET Core, Golang
• Frontend: React
• DevOps / Version Control: GitHub, GitLab
• Containerisation: Docker, Kubernetes
