About the role
As the Head of Daily Orders Florist at Charlotte Puxley Flowers Pte. Ltd., you will oversee the daily floral orders for this creative studio. Your work will be full-time and on-site at our vibrant, beautiful studio, with a connected community of creatives.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing the processing and fulfilment of all daily floral orders, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality
- Ordering flowers and planning the daily orders
- Working with a team of skilled florists to create stunning floral arrangements that exceed customer expectations
- Maintaining precise inventory control and ordering processes to ensure a constant supply of fresh flowers and materials
- Providing guidance, training and mentorship to the floral team to continuously develop their skills
- Collaborating closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand client needs and preferences
- Implementing efficient workflows and quality control measures to optimise the daily order fulfilment process
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Florist or in a similar senior floral design role
- Exceptional floral design skills and a deep understanding of flower varieties, care and handling
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and develop a high-performing floral team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to liaise effectively with clients
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage daily floral orders
- Passionate about the floristry industry and committed to delivering exceptional floral products
