We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Singapore.
In this exciting role, you will help organize the business duties for a group of Senior Management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and seamless meeting arrangements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage business schedules - prioritizing appointments, business/personal travel arrangements, and other activities
- Anticipate and fulfil their needs, from coordinating appointments to securing reservations and meeting logistics onsite or online
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Running errands and support events where necessary
- Any other secretarial tasks such as research and source vendors, services, and products etc
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Must have at least 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in secretarial and administrative support.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple personal and professional tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and highly discreet demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable navigating various online platforms and booking systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to source solutions independently, often under time pressure
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent time management skills
