Position Summary
We are looking for a commercially minded and operationally strong Channel Business Operations Manager to support our channel business growth in Singapore and the region.
This role will be responsible for channel policy execution, commercial operations, contract and order fulfilment coordination, rebate management, and business data analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, governance, and business performance across the channel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Channel Policy and Governance
- Develop, review, and optimise channel policies, commercial rules, and operating mechanisms, including promotion schemes, rebate policies, and channel management guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional reviews and drive effective implementation of channel policies and related processes.
- Establish and continuously improve policy governance processes, including rule setting, approval workflow, execution monitoring, issue resolution, and periodic review.
- Channel Framework and Business Operations Design
- Support the development of channel strategies, channel structure, and business operating models.
- Build and enhance channel management frameworks, including partner onboarding, tiering, incentive design, performance evaluation, and exit management.
- Continuously improve channel structure and operating efficiency to enhance channel productivity and business quality.
- Channel Commercial Operations
- Manage end-to-end commercial operations for selected channel partners, ensuring smooth execution across order fulfilment, contract administration, invoicing, collections, and rebate settlement.
- Oversee channel order processing, execution tracking, and order change management.
- Review commercial contracts and terms, identify potential risks, and support risk control measures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on logistics, delivery arrangements, and operational exception handling.
- Manage invoicing, account reconciliation, payment collection follow-up, and rebate / incentive calculation and execution.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to improve fulfilment quality and customer support outcomes.
- System Maintenance and Data Analysis
- Maintain and update channel-related contract records and business data in Salesforce, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Build and maintain key reporting and tracking mechanisms for channel operations, rebate performance, order execution, and business risk monitoring.
- Analyse business data to identify issues, generate insights, and support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in channel operations, commercial operations, sales operations, business management, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of channel policy design, channel governance, and end-to-end commercial / order management processes.
- Solid experience in contract administration, fulfilment coordination, rebate management, and operational risk control.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, with strong data management and analytical capabilities.
- Prior experience in ICT, electronics, manufacturing, or B2B hardware-related industries will be an advantage.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project execution skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Logistics functions.
- Strong commercial awareness, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to handle contracts, business correspondence, and cross-border communication independently.
- Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including regional teams and business counterparts, where required for the role.
- Able to support occasional overseas business travel when required.
