What you'll be doing
- Operate a company vehicle to transport and deliver goods to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care to avoid damage to products
- Ensure goods and delivery orders tally
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, package details, and any issues encountered
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to any customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist with loading and unloading as needed
- Adhere to all relevant transport regulations and company policies
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the fleet manager
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Any other duties as assigned
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays)
- Able to speak and write in English
- Willingness to perform overtime where necessary (overtime will be paid accordingly)
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move light items
- Commitment to safe driving practices and a focus on delivery quality
- Forklift license will be of advantage
