Job Description: IT Engineer (App & Web Design)

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain our responsive website and mobile application (iOS/Android or cross-platform).
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into clean, efficient, and responsive code.
• Front-End Development: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, ensuring technical feasibility of designs.
• Back-End Integration: Develop and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs to support front-end functionality.
• Performance & Optimization: Ensure the technical performance, speed, and scalability of applications. Conduct thorough testing and debugging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
• Technical Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Ensure security and data protection throughout the software lifecycle.
• Stay Current: Continuously research and implement new technologies and best practices to maximize development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of web and app projects.
• Front-End Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, React Native, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Proficiency:
• Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java, or PHP.
• Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
• Mobile Development: Experience with native (Swift, Kotlin) or cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) mobile development.
• UI/UX Sensibility: A strong eye for design and user experience, with the ability to adhere to and contribute to design systems.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and code collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Selenium).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
