Bukit Merah - Operations Executive / Shipping Executive (Logistics / Supply Chain)

Location: Central

5 days work week

Position: Operations Administrative Executive x 1 ; Shipping administrative executive x1

• Oversee daily operations to support business and project activities
• Handle procurement and logistics coordination, including vendor management and cost control
• Manage import/export activities: booking, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment tracking
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, permits)
• Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and factories to ensure cargo readiness and timely delivery
• Support billing, cost verification, and coordinate with finance for payment matters
• Maintain trackers and reports on shipment status, vendor performance, and cost analysis
• Monitor workflow and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion
• Provide administrative support: filing, documentation, and data entry
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in operations, shipping, procurement, logistics, or administration
• Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
