We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Process Audit cum Personal Assistant. In this dual role, you will be responsible for conducting process audits to ensure operational efficiency while also providing high-level administrative support to senior management.
The role requires a blend of analytical skills and strong organizational abilities to manage both auditing tasks and personal assistant duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Audit Responsibilities- Develop and set up corporate processes to align with business requirements.
- Conduct regular audits to assess and improve internal processes and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management, along with action plans for improvement.
- Monitor ongoing processes to ensure continuous adherence to best practices and operational standards.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and various internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend and follow up on assigned projects.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in process auditing, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Previous experience working in a personal assistant capacity for senior executives.
- Knowledge of industry-specific auditing standards or tools.
