Job Description

Your duties may include:

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling/rescheduling
• Collect payments, handle billing, and reconcile daily transactions
• Perform bed bookings and update patient records
• Guide patients and caregivers on clinic procedures and next steps
• Patient Engagement & Service Quality
• Provide financial counselling and post-consultation guidance
• Promote use of digital services and self-help kiosks
• Manage patient feedback and basic service recovery
• Escalate patients needing additional care or attention
• Operational & Clinical Support
• Prepare consultation rooms and assist in basic procedures (e.g., taking vital signs)
• Support clinicians during patient consultations
• Perform admin tasks like slot management and inventory checks
• Participate in emergency drills and process improvement projects
• Teamwork & Training
• Provide support and mentorship for new staff
• Coordinate day-to-day operations within the department

• N-Level and above
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be comfortable with shift work (if required)
• Able to commit to hospital/clinic-based roles long term

• Salary: Up to $2,600 – $2,800/month
• Work Week:
• 1-shift (5.25 days/week, e.g. 8AM–6PM)
• 2-shift (5 days/week, e.g. 8AM–5PM / 11AM–8PM)
• 3-shift (5 days/week, e.g. 7AM–3PM / 12PM–9.30PM / 9PM–7.30AM)
• Exact timing/location to be confirmed based on department and assignment
