Software Developer (12-month Developer)

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify system requirements and develop efficient, scalable solutions.
• Maintain and improve the performance, reliability, and security of existing software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose enhancements to current practices and tools.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience in software development projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
