Assistant Manager (Academy Operations & Capability Development)

Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Contract Duration: 12 Months

Salary: Up to $6,475 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and experienced Assistant Manager (Academy Operations & Capability Development) to support learning initiatives and capability-building efforts within a dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operations, data analytics, and learning & development to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the Academy’s capability development plans and provide secretariat support for talent initiatives
Assist in managing the Academy’s budget and training funds
Administer and manage Learning & Development systems (e.g., Workday, LEARN)
Support learning analytics and reporting through Tableau dashboards
Assist in integrating AI tools for automation and coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions
Support ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Singaporeans only.
Degree in any discipline with 8–12 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, training management, or capability development
Strong budget management and data analytics skills (Tableau preferred)
Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday, LEARN)
Experience in competency framework development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management capabilities
Experience in designing learning interventions and facilitating group discussions
