Responsibilities That Empower You:

• Ensure the smooth daily operations of our stores, aligning with our company's vision and mission.
• Expand BoConcept’s brand awareness and sales channels in both B2B and B2B2C segments.
• Design and execute growth strategies for the next 1-10 years, evaluating financial performance regularly.
• Devise plans for team execution, set policies, and maintain yearly budgets and expenses.
• Optimize employee productivity and professional development, including leadership hires at the front of the house.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outperform in merchandise performance, visual display, sales, and pipeline management.
• Lead discussions with the finance team to ensure business profitability and effective cash flow management.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record of achieving targets and success in strategic planning.
• Knowledgeable in various business processes (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
• 3-5 years of retail experience with a strong background in planning and budgeting.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
