Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of M&E and ACMV systems including air-conditioning, electrical, and mechanical facilities.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
Troubleshoot and rectify system abnormalities promptly.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing, repair, and replacement works.
Support emergency call-outs and standby duties as required.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company EHS policies.
Participate in safety and emergency response (CERT / First Aid) training and activities.

Job Requirements

NTC / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facility operation and maintenance (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred).
Knowledge of ACMV, electrical distribution, compressed air, DI water, and cooling tower systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese (for liaising with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors).
Occupational First Aid and/or CERT certification will be an advantage.
Team-oriented, responsible, and able to work under minimum supervision.
