About the role
Team Lead (Recruitment) role supporting the company through the next phase of growth and development.
Key responsibilities- Develop and set up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team
- Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company's overall objectives
- Conduct performance management such as supervising and training recruits, driving and growing of the team's KPIs towards achieving recruitment goals
- Improve on current process and implement new business processes and procedures
- Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to management
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
