Outdoor Sales Executive / Team Lead (Sales, Perm, Fintech)

Location: Islandwide (office in central)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm

Salary:

Sales Executive - Up to $4,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) + commissions!

Team Leader - Up to $5,500 per month (subject to experience) + comms!

Job Description:

• Canvass F&B, retail, and service merchants islandwide via cold calling
• Pitch (conduct sales presentation & demo) and onboard merchants to adopt the payment solution
• Conduct simple setup and merchant training (implementation is straightforward)
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect feedback and report market insights to the team
• Team Lead will need to lead a team of executive as well

Requirements:

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills to influence SME owners
• Enjoys walking the ground, talking to people and comfortable with cold call outreach
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, result oriented and eager to earn
• Experience in field sales, telco, POS/payments, or gig merchant onboarding preferred
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
