About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. You will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage Singapore tax obligations, auditing while driving process improvements across the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations, including GST, corporate tax, and payroll-related taxes.
- Manage the preparation and submission of statutory filings to IRAS.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Monitor cash flow and provide financial reporting and analysis to management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small accounting team.
- Implement and improve internal controls, processes, and accounting policies.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including exposure to Singapore tax and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and statutory compliance.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Competitive salary: S$5,000 – S$7,500 per month (based on experience).
