About the Role
We are seeking Full Stack Developer to lead development projects across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong database expertise, experience with low-code/no-code platforms, and the ability to apply the right full stack components to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions.
- Work with databases on-prem and on-cloud (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Develop using low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Apply in-depth understanding of full stack components to choose the right tools for each project.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to thought leadership and technology best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Skilled in planning, analytics, and problem-solving.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) or NUS-ISS GovTech certified developer preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in agile environments.
- Strong leadership skills; proactive and self-driven attitude.
