Key responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and meet monthly and annual revenue targets
- Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and product expertise
- Handle VIP customers, high-value transactions, and after-sales support
- Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery when needed
- Oversee daily store opening, closing, cash handling, and administrative processes
- Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and compliant with brand visual standards
- Execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events
- Identify local opportunities to increase footfall and customer engagement
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, retail regulations, and jewellery industry standards
- Maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff
- Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields
- More than 2 years retail experience
- Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is highly advantageous
