Training Manager

Established in 1985, APRO is one of the pioneer Security Agencies in Singapore and is committed to providing top-notch security solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Training Manager who can turn operational needs into practical, structured training programmes for our officers deployed at our client's Data Centre.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operations teams, building clear training systems, and improving standards through real-world feedback — not just theory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop structured training programmes aligned with real operational needs
• Identify training gaps through feedback, incidents, and performance trends
• Build and maintain a clear training roadmap for deployed personnel

• Conduct onboarding, operational, and refresher training
• Support supervisors in delivering consistent on-site training
• Continuously improve training based on what works (and what doesn’t)

• Maintain and ensure training records are accurate and audit-ready
• Use data to identify gaps and drive improvements
• Align training programmes with regulatory and contractual requirements

• Partner with relevant stakeholders and site teams
• Provide regular updates on training progress and plans
• Track completion rates and prepare training reports

• Minimum 3 years of experience in either Training / Learning & Development, Operations / Security / Facilities / Data Centre environments and/or experience in designing or delivering structured training programmes
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development / Adult Education and/or Business / Operations Management
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Practical and hands-on (not just theory-driven)
• Comfortable working with ground teams and supervisors
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented
