5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm

UP $11,000 Basic + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee overall quality management while fostering a strong quality culture within the organization.
• Drive cross-functional quality initiatives involving operations, engineering, procurement, and customer quality teams.
• Strengthen plant risk assessment and decision-making processes to support a culture of quality.
• Collaborate with Advanced Quality Planning to ensure smooth and effective product and project launches.
• Continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with global and divisional standards.
• Manage customer and 3rd-party audits with minimal findings, ensuring compliance and supplier excellence.
• Promote customer satisfaction through timely complaint resolution, 8D problem-solving, and effective communication.
• Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and strengthen supplier quality through development and control systems.
• Coach and reinforce the Principle-Based Management (PBM) framework and guiding principles within the Quality organization

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Technology (Master’s or MBA is an advantage)
• At least 15 years of experience in quality management, including 10 years in leadership roles.
• Broad experience across customer, supplier, manufacturing quality, and quality management systems (QMS).
• Proven leadership with the ability to drive and strengthen a quality-focused culture. Effective communicator with strong teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, capability studies, MSA, PPAP, and safe launch.
• Experienced in supplier quality management, including audits and supplier development.
• Open to travel for customer and supplier engagements.
