Part-Time HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll preparation, leave tracking, and attendance records
• Support HR administrative tasks and basic compliance requirements
• Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant HR experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Part-Time Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)
• Manage and update social media platforms and marketing content
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, or external partners
• Prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance
• Support branding, promotional, and event activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Relevant marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt
