Field Application Engineer (Korean Speaking)
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide front-line support to customers.
- Gathering technical requirements / spec from our customers.
- Explain and provide details of technical issues to HQ Application team.
- Regular visit to develop and enhance relationship with customer.
- Assisting customers during qualification and ensure timely development schedule until MP.
- Provide pre-sales support and technical presentations regarding product strategy and roadmaps, features, industry technology and competitive positioning.
- Collect customer feedback and provide input to Marketing for design requirements, product enhancements, new product opportunities relating to the development.
- Provide demo & explanation on new products to customers.
Requirements:
- M.B.A. / Degree with specialization in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- Field experience or hands-on practice or knowledge of multi-disciplinary system design and development (systems such as electrical, electronics, computerized, mechanical and / or combination of these)
- Field experience of FAE in monitor display industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Korean to communicate with Korea counterpart.
