IT Infrastructure Manager (VMware, Network)
An exciting role for an IT Infrastructure Manager (VMware, Network) in a well-established, tech-driven company.
Job Purpose: Support and improve IT infrastructure and cloud systems to ensure secure, efficient operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and optimize servers, networks, and applications for performance and stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems and infrastructure components.
- Maintain updated documentation and provide user support and technical guidance.
- Assist in IT asset procurement, vendor management, and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure IT operations align with security standards and business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or related field with at least 3 years’ experience.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, VMware, and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Familiar with IT security standards, network basics, and cybersecurity practices.
- Good troubleshooting and multitasking skills; able to work independently.
- Experience supporting on-prem and cloud systems in a professional environment.
The successful IT Infrastructure Manager (VMware, Network) must possess solid experience in cloud, systems, and networking support, with hands-on skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and security best practices.
