Job Scope:
- Provide administrative and logistical support in the areas of recruitment for the HR Management team.
- You may also betasked with supporting some of the HR events, such as sourcing for quotes, designing EDMs and providing logistical support, as well as assisting with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A’Levels / Diploma holder and above
- Relevant working experience in HR related functions is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Meticulous, and able to work independently and efficiently; and
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30am – 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Contract Period: 6 months (possibility to extend based on performance)Salary: $13-$20/hr (based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Maxwell (Tanjong pagar/CBD)
