We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Content Manager to join the Corporate Communications and Branding team. The Digital Marketing & Content Manager will drive organisation-wide digital marketing strategies that enhance NTUC Health's brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

He/she will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our content strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and experience in content creation across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Analyse digital marketing performance and provide insights for optimisation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of digital marketing with organisational priorities.
  • Content Strategy & Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organisation objectives and target audience.
  • Create engaging and relevant content including videos/reels for our social media campaigns, and other communication channels.
  • Work and guide external agency on content related matters.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Brand and Channel Management
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content touchpoints.
  • Guide and support business units and internal stakeholders in applying brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of owned digital channels including websites, social media accounts and EDM.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and content management, and a passion for the community care sector.

The candidate should be resourceful and driven; able to work both independently and as part of a larger team. He/she should also be outcome and detail oriented.
  • Degree from a recognised university
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing & Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published content for both on and offline channels
  • Proven track record in planning and delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent writing, editing and production skills, with a strong sense of impactful story telling and keen eye for detail
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with content marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Insights)
  • Experience managing external agencies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good people management skills
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
