Our client, a leading professional services and consulting firm, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded professional to drive growth, build client relationships, and lead business development initiatives across diverse industries.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of compelling proposals, pitches, and commercial offers.
• Partner closely with consulting teams to understand service offerings and craft tailored solutions for clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy.
• Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and thought leadership initiatives to enhance the firm’s profile.
• Meet or exceed revenue and business development targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within professional services or consulting.
• Proven track record in winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of consulting services, client engagement, and project delivery.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
