Senior Project Engineer ACMV HVAC

Singapore Company looking for Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager for ACMV / HVAC

*** Selected candidate is required to work in (Singapore)

• To engage in project engineering of ACMV Systems.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• To lead and communicate with our Site Engineer and Site Supervisor.
• Controlling the cost of the materials and labour.
• Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
• Liaising and coordinating with all parties involved in the projects such as consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, local authorities, environmental agencies and federal entities etc to ensure successful implementation of the project.
• Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
• Scheduling the construction work of the day.
• Laying down the preferred construction methods.
• Ensure proper project documentation.
• Monitor and report project progression to management.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.

• Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• With Electrical background is a plus.
• Min. 3 years of experience in ACMV works.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Singapore Construction Industry.
• A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.
• Able to work independently and work as a project team
• Able to multi-tasking and handle a few projects at the same time.
• Able to carry out prescribed work in a safe, competent or compliant matter.
• Possession of outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as well as having strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated individual, with phenomenal confidence working with diverse partner groups
• Able to perform using AutoCad and other drawing applications
• Knowledge in AutoCAD drawings
• Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
