Job Description:

• Supporting overseas expansion for customers
• Planning and organising sales events and matching businesses for promoting clients’ products and services
• Supporting the client to promote their products in the cross-border EC mall
• Researching industry trends, market activities and competitors of customers’ products and services
• Sourcing and maintaining relationships with local experts/vendors
• Extending loan sales to more customers and negotiating loan-related matters.
• Preparing minutes and reports
• Supporting various departments’ tasks
• Support for other Investment related administrative/ operation duties.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong communication skills and a good team player
• Able to communicate in Business-level Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and vendors.
• Flexible, proactive, high sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
• Able to independently plan and handle projects.
