We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Description
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching security market trends, customer needs, and emerging sales channels (online platforms, partnerships, referrals, tenders, and networking).
  • Actively source new clients through various platforms such as digital marketing leads, cold outreach, industry networks, and business events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and drive long-term revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to analyze potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations, clearly highlighting the value and advantages of our security services.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies, including price analysis, competitive benchmarking, and profitability optimization.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to develop marketing materials, sales collaterals, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Create and execute expansion strategies that balance financial growth with customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services and build business relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, lead pipeline, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business development efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience as a Business Development Executive in the security industry (physical security, cybersecurity, or related services) is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Salary $4,000 + Allowance & Commission
