Job Summary

Provide architectural design and project management expertise while leading and supervising technical teams to deliver compliant, high-quality project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Deliver architectural design solutions and manage projects to meet client and regulatory requirements
Lead and supervise technical teams in preparing project-related presentations and technical submissions
Apply expertise in contract administration to ensure project compliance and smooth execution
Interpret and apply local authority requirements and building codes to maintain regulatory compliance
Develop detailed architectural designs with strong attention to construction practices and detailing
Plan and organize project workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards
Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to produce accurate architectural drawings and documentation
Independently manage large-scale projects while mentoring and guiding junior architects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
5 to 7 years of architectural practice experience
Registration with the Board of Architects is advantageous
