5 Days, Monday - Friday (9am – 6pm)

Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries, sales support requests, and quotation preparation for air and ocean freight shipments.
• Manage import, export, cross-trade, oversized cargo, and cross-border trucking enquiries and arrangements.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, operations teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Prepare competitive pricing, RFQs, and freight solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of shipping documents, reports, and customer records.
• Support key accounts by responding to service requests and resolving shipment-related issues promptly.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by following standard procedures and preventing recurring issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or sales support.
• Knowledgeable of air freight, sea freight, import, export, or cross-trade shipment procedures.
• Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
