About the role
Affluent Wealth Management is seeking a motivated and driven Telemarketer to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an established and successful wealth management firm, working with a dynamic team to provide high-quality financial services and support to our valued clients.As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and retention strategies, engaging with prospective and existing clients over the phone to promote our range of wealth management solutions.
What you'll be doing- Proactively calling potential clients to introduce our wealth management services and book appointments with financial advisors
- Handling inbound calls from clients and prospects, addressing inquiries and booking appointments as needed
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and referrals
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns and achieve lead generation goals
- Accurately logging all client interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Proven experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively over the phone
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools
- A motivated and ambitious mindset, with a drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company's success
- Flexibility to work a mix of full-time and part-time hours as needed
