Job Title: Customer Service & Marketing Executive (Gymnastics Academy)
Location: Singapore

Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,200 + Enrollment Commission (potentially higher total income)

【About Us】 We are a club specializing in children's gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics training, committed to providing professional training and a high-quality teaching experience. We are currently expanding our enrollment and brand promotion efforts and sincerely invite energetic and driven individuals to join us.

【Job Responsibilities】
  1. Parent Communication and Customer Service
  • Respond to parent inquiries (WhatsApp/Phone)
  • Introduce course content and answer questions
  • Arrange trial classes and follow up with potential clients
  1. Enrollment and Conversion
  • Follow up with parents who are interested but haven't enrolled
  • Increase trial class conversion rates
  • Assist in achieving monthly enrollment targets
  1. Social Media and Promotion
  • Post 2-4 pieces of content per week (IG/Facebook/Xiaohongshu)
  • Content includes: student training, achievement displays, daily records, etc.
  • Assist in increasing brand exposure and inquiries
  1. Basic Operational Support
  • Assist in event promotion (e.g., competitions, open days)
  • Collaborate with the team to improve overall operational effectiveness
【Job Requirements】
  • Prior experience in customer service/sales/educational training industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, clear expression, and patience
  • Some sales awareness and willingness to follow up with clients
  • Familiarity with social media (IG/Facebook/Xiaohongshu)
  • Proactive, strong execution, and no procrastination
  • * Experience in student recruitment or sales
  • Experience in content creation (video shooting/copywriting)
  • Experience in the children's education or training industry
