Sales Assistant (Marina Bay Sands)

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to support daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and new arrivals
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints effectively

• Perform cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions
• Replenish stocks and ensure proper merchandise display
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Conduct stock counts and assist in inventory management
• Support receiving and unpacking of new deliveries

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
• Participate in training and product knowledge sessions
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by Store Manager

• Minimum N/O Levels or equivalent
• Prior retail experience in clothing, fine jewellery, or luxury retail industry preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
