Seafreight Customer Service Officer - Bedok

Manage customer inquiries and complaints relating to Ocean freight.
- Coordinate, receive and process shipments from booking/arrival to delivery
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and necessary clearance/shipping documents
- Assist to manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers and vendors administratively and operationally.
- Checking of actual cost versus sell rate and ensure shipment is not under deficit.
- Entry records in our Freight system and ensure an accurate level of data quality.
- Shipment monitoring and filing/closure of shipping documents.
- Other necessary tasks as assigned.
- Min 1 year of experience in customer service handling of customers’ accounts
- Good knowledge of shipping procedures
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Able to start work with short notice preferred.
