As our Project Coordinator, you are the glue that holds our projects together. You will bridge the gap between our design team, our clients, and our vendors. Your mission is to ensure that every stage of the renovation flows smoothly, timelines are respected, and the final result meets our high standards of quality.
What You'll Do:
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Lifecycles: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules from initial concept through final installation.
- Site Management: Visit project sites regularly to ensure work is progressing according to plan and meeting our quality standards. You are our eyes and ears on the ground.
- The Bridge: Act as the main point of coordination between Clients (keeping them informed), Vendors, and Suppliers (arranging arrivals and work schedules).
- Strategic Problem Solving: Identify potential site issues or delays before they happen and proactively adjust plans to keep the project on track.
- Documentation: Maintain organized project files, including specifications, site photos, and change orders.

- A Master of Time: Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple site schedules and deadlines effectively.
- An Exceptional Communicator: Able to speak professionally with clients and effectively with site contractors and suppliers.
- Highly Attentive: You notice the small details that others might miss, ensuring every finish is perfect.
- Adaptable: You can think on your feet when site conditions change and adjust the overall project flow accordingly.
- Growth-Minded: No experience required. We are happy to train the right person if you have a high level of responsibility, a positive attitude, and a hunger to learn.
