Marketing Communications & Outreach Executive - Bukit Merah

What You'll Do:

• Plan and execute strategies to boost engagement with diverse audiences, locally and globally.
• Create engaging content for digital channels, including newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop publicity materials, including media releases, presentations, and corporate stories.
• Organise impactful events—roadshows, seminars, webinars—engaging existing and potential clients.
• Support daily operations, including report creation, meeting minutes, budget tracking, and procurement.
• Use analytics to evaluate and refine marketing strategies for optimal effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest supercomputing trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills for a variety of platforms and audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Event planning experience is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or design skills is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and collaborative with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in technology or scientific research environments is preferred, but not required.
