• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities.
• Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Respond to and follow up on repair requests from other departments within the organization.
• Log and track maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related records.
• Perform daily start-up of production and facilities machinery.
• Maintain and service facilities systems, including air-conditioning, sprinkler protection, plumbing, power, and lighting.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and TPM activities.
• Conduct weekly Single Point Training sessions for production operators.

Requirements:

• NITEC/NTC in Electrical or Mechanical Technology.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in repair, troubleshooting, servicing production machinery and equipment in manufacturing environment
• Willing to work overtime
