Head of Finance - Bukit Merah

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and prepare monthly group consolidated reports and presentation to key management
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital requirements, including monitoring bank accounts and loans.
• Implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and other statutory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence and innovation.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including digitalization and process optimization.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification. CA is preferred
• More than 10 years of financial experience, including 5 years of management experience
• Prior experience in the Big Four is advantageous.
• Effective communicator, team player, and detail-oriented professional
• Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to thrive in unstructured environments
