Part-Time Beauty Brand Promoter (Changi Airport)

Job Summary

The position is non-commission based, focused on beauty brand promotion, customer consultation, product introduction and delivering premium in-store service to international travellers.

• Deliver professional brand promotion and customer service in line with the client’s global retail and service standards during assigned working shifts.
• Proactively engage with airport transit and departing passengers, understand customer needs, and provide accurate product introduction, beauty consultation and on-site product demonstrations.
• Maintain high service standards and excellent product knowledge to ensure consistent premium customer shopping experience.
• Assist in daily in-store tidying, product display maintenance and basic inventory checks during working shifts.
• Support on-site promotional activities and ad-hoc store operations as required during peak operating periods.
• Complete other part-time on-site duties as assigned by the store supervisor.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in luxury beauty retail, brand promotion or customer service roles; airport / travel retail experience is highly preferred.
• Service-oriented and passionate about premium beauty and hair care industry, able to present as a professional brand ambassador.
• Confident communication skills and neat personal grooming; able to interact smoothly with international customers.
• Good team player, adaptable to fast-paced, high-traffic airport retail environments.
• Must be available to work 2 fixed days per week during airport operating hours.

• Employment Type: Pure Part-Time
• Working Schedule: 2 fixed working days per week
• Compensation: Fixed daily rate (non-commission based)
