Job description:

• Oversee and manage e-commerce activities, including order processing and delivery from online stores.
• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including Lazada / Shopee and Amazon, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Handles all fulfilment requests by processing all customer orders.
• Work closely with operation team to ensure timely packing, shipments & inventory management and review the fulfilment / delivery options at all times.
• Pick and Packaging: Ensure that products are packaged securely and appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
• Inventory Control: Keep track of physical inventory currently on sale.

Perform extensive research on items to be posted and determine the best possible price.

Requirements:

• You must be able to work quickly with accuracy and be productive.
• Takes an active role, and partners with the other E-commerce team members in the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce business.
• Self-starter and able to work effectively independently
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
