Job Title: Junior Sales Support (Part-Time)
The Junior Sales Support role is an entry-level position that supports our sales and outreach efforts across MIJ Hub and its related brands. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organised, and is keen to learn about sales, customer engagement, and basic CRM systems.
You will support student enrolment enquiries, donation outreach, and product sales for our café and retail brands. Training will be provided, and you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Sales Specialist with day-to-day sales and outreach activities
- Assist with customer follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Respond to basic customer enquiries and route more complex issues to the team
- Help update and maintain customer records in HubSpot (training provided)
- Assist in preparing simple sales materials and tracking enquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Marketing) to ensure smooth communication
- Support basic administrative tasks related to sales and customer engagement
- Diploma or currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Comfortable communicating with people and willing to learn customer engagement skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, spreadsheets, messaging platforms)
- Able to manage tasks responsibly and follow up on assigned work
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work in a team environment
- Prior sales or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Part-time role
- 3 days per week
- 9:00am – 4:00pm
