Industrial Engineering Senior Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Lead NPI capacity planning and ramp-up readiness.
• Design and optimize FATP line layouts and production flow.
• Govern time studies and validate standard times across FATP lines.
• Drive line balancing optimization and manpower efficiency improvement.
• Perform OEE analysis and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead Lean initiatives, including VSM, SMED, Kaizen events.
• Collaborate with the automation team to optimize production line headcount and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Quantify cost-saving opportunities and track financial impact.
• Mentor junior IE engineers.
• Present productivity analysis and improvement proposals to management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Lean / Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FATP or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in time study, MTM, line balancing, capacity modeling, manpower optimization, OEE analysis, and throughput improvement.
• Advanced knowledge of FATP processes, with a solid understanding of automation impact on labor modeling.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools, with the ability to prepare financial and productivity reports.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influencing capabilities.
