Basic Salary: Up to $2,570 per month

The Finance Operations Assistant will work alongside Finance team to support the file migration project while assisting with daily financial operations and month-end processes. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute systematic migration of financial documents and records according to established protocols
• Verify data accuracy and completeness during the migration process
• Document and report migration progress and any discrepancies encountered
• Maintain proper filing structure and organisation of migrated documents
• Accurate and timely completion of data entry tasks
• Support finance activities and data management tasks
• Ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in financial operations preferred
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Only Singaporeans.
• Immediate Starters are preferred.
