Our client is a specialised bridging loan brokerage that supports SMEs with short-term financing solutions to ease cash flow challenges. With a strong network of lenders, they help businesses secure timely and flexible funding to bridge financial gaps and maintain smooth operations.
The ideal candidate should be outgoing, eloquent and a seasoned negotiator. While we are open to new joiners, salary will be commensurate with experience.
Monday - Friday | 930am - 630pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, providing tailored loan solutions for corporate needs
- Identify and develop business opportunities, expanding own client base and generating revenue
- Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness and risk by policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with the credit and underwriting teams to ensure accurate and timely loan approvals
- Staying abreast with loan products and services, effectively addressing clients' needs
- Keeping abreast of market trends and changes in the financial sector
- Attend networking events and industry conferences, representing the company and fostering new connections
- Prior experience in loans sales or relationship management
- Proven track record in loans sales, with a strong understanding of both personal and corporate loans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- Experience in evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
