• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical and virtual IT infrastructure.
• Develop and run infrastructure operations, maintenance strategies, and standards.
• Manage infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
• Provide guidance on major incidents, escalations, and disaster recovery planning.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to support new technology implementations.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and service quality enhancements.
• Lead, coach, and develop infrastructure teams through effective performance management.

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in infrastructure operations, project delivery, and stakeholder management.
